  2. Only can make profile with same cross section

Moulding Carbon Fiber Profile

Advantages:

  1. Good shear strength
  2. Good tensile strength
  3. Diverse appearance （1k,3k ,UD etc..）

Disadvantages

  1. Medium output
  2. Medium price
  3. High cost mould fee

Vacuum Carbon Fiber Profile

Advantages:

  1. Low mould cost
  2. Good shear strength
  3. Good tensile strength
  4. Diverse appearance （1k,3k ,UD etc..）
  5. Can make products with very big size

Disadvantages

  1. Medium output
  2. Medium price
