Tstar Technology 2025 Fire Drill Activity

Fire Drill

To further strengthen the fire safety awareness of all employees, enhance the emergency response capabilities to unexpected events, and consolidate the foundation of enterprise safety production, Tianshida Technology Co., Ltd. organized a fire drill activity with the theme of “Life First, Safety First” on February 20th. This activity integrated knowledge popularization, skill training, and practical drills, and through a three-dimensional training mode of “theory + practice”, enabled the participating employees to master real fire – fighting skills in an immersive experience, injecting strong impetus into building an enterprise safety firewall.

Fire Safety Knowledge Popularization: Building the First Line of Defense with Knowledge

At the beginning of the activity, the production supervisor conducted a detailed fire safety knowledge popularization session for all employees. The session covered aspects such as fire prevention, response measures after a fire breaks out, and the correct use of fire – fighting equipment. Combining with real – life cases, the basic knowledge of the causes, development stages, hazards, and preventive measures of fires was explained in a simple and profound way. Through shocking pictures of fire scenes and real – life fire accident videos, employees deeply realized the ruthlessness of fires and the importance of fire safety.

The production supervisor elaborated on the characteristics and applicable fire – fighting methods of different types of fires, emphasizing the fire – fighting work principle of “prevention first, combination of prevention and elimination”. At the same time, practical emergency knowledge such as how to call the fire department correctly, how to organize personnel evacuation, and how to carry out self – rescue and mutual rescue when a fire occurs was also explained. During the explanation, the supervisor interacted with the employees from time to time, answering the questions raised by them, and the atmosphere at the scene was very lively. Employees said that through this lecture, they had a more comprehensive and in – depth understanding of fire safety knowledge, and also enhanced their safety awareness and prevention awareness.

Learning How to Use Fire Extinguishers: Mastering the Key Skills of Fire – Fighting

After the fire safety knowledge lecture, the learning session on the use of fire extinguishers began. The production supervisor demonstrated in person, explaining in detail the types, structures, working principles, and correct usage methods of fire extinguishers. He first introduced the applicable scopes and differences between the commonly used dry powder fire extinguishers and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers in the company, giving employees a clear understanding of different types of fire extinguishers.

To better transform theoretical knowledge into practical operation skills, the company organized an activity for employees to experience using fire extinguishers to put out fires. During the fire – fighting process, employees were very active and serious. Although some employees were a bit nervous during their first operation, with the encouragement and guidance of their colleagues, they were all able to complete the fire – fighting tasks successfully. Through hands – on experience, employees not only became more familiar with the use of fire extinguishers but also enhanced their emergency response capabilities and self – confidence. Everyone said that this practical drill was very meaningful, making them truly feel the danger of fires and the urgency of fire – fighting.

Fire Escape Drill: Evacuating in an Orderly Manner to Ensure Life Safety

The fire escape drill was an important part of this fire drill activity. With the rapid sound of a fire alarm, the fire escape drill officially started. Employees of each department, under the organization of department heads, quickly evacuated along the pre – determined escape routes. Employees covered their mouths and noses with their hands, bent down low, and evacuated in an orderly manner. During the evacuation process, the evacuation guides earnestly fulfilled their responsibilities, guiding employees to evacuate quickly and safely.

In just a few minutes, all employees were successfully evacuated to the designated safe area of the company. Subsequently, the department heads counted the employees in their respective departments and reported the personnel situation to the general commander. After confirmation, all employees had been safely evacuated with no casualties. Through this fire escape drill, the feasibility and effectiveness of the company’s emergency plan were tested, and employees’ emergency response capabilities and evacuation and escape abilities in case of a fire were improved, ensuring that they could evacuate the scene quickly and orderly in an emergency.

Activity Summary and Significance

This fire drill activity was a complete success with the joint efforts of all employees. After the activity, the company leaders summarized and commented on the drill. The leaders fully affirmed the organization and implementation of the activity and highly praised the employees’ performance in the drill. At the same time, some deficiencies in the drill process were also pointed out, such as the slow evacuation speed of some employees and the insufficient proficiency of individual employees in using fire extinguishers, and improvement measures and suggestions were put forward for these problems.

Through this fire drill activity, not only the fire safety awareness of all employees was enhanced, but also the employees’ emergency response capabilities to unexpected events such as fires were improved. Moreover, the scientific nature and practicality of the company’s emergency plan were further tested, and valuable experience was accumulated for future safety production work. In future work, the company will continue to strengthen fire safety management, regularly organize fire – fighting training and drill activities, continuously improve employees’ safety qualities and emergency capabilities, and create a safe and stable environment for the development of the enterprise.

Fire safety is a long – term and arduous task that requires the joint efforts and continuous attention of all employees. Let’s take this fire drill activity as an opportunity to always stay vigilant, firmly establish the “safety first” concept, continuously improve our own safety awareness and emergency capabilities, and jointly escort the safety production and stable development of the company. I believe that with the joint efforts of all employees, Tstar Technology will surely build a solid safety defense line and achieve more brilliant development goals.
