Product Description
FRP cooling towers are cooling devices primarily made of FRP. The basic structure includes the tower body, packing, water distributor, and fan. The tower body is made of high-strength FRP, which has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, allowing it to operate stably in various harsh environments for a long time. The packing is used to increase the contact area between water and air to improve cooling efficiency; the water distributor is responsible for evenly distributing the circulating water to ensure the cooling effect; and the fan accelerates heat exchange through forced ventilation.
The working principle of FRP cooling towers mainly relies on the heat exchange between water and air. Inside the tower, hot water is evenly sprayed onto the packing layer by a pump, forming a thin water film. Due to the special structure of the packing layer, the water film has full contact and heat exchange with the air, allowing water evaporation to absorb heat from the air, thereby reducing the water temperature. Through this cycle, the water temperature gradually decreases and is pumped back to the usage section to achieve cooling.
